What information do we gather about you ?
We collect information from you when you access http://elearning.unn.edu.ng and when you subscribe to our email service. This information includes your IP address, cookies, personal details and qualification / certificate details.
What do we use your information for ?
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website by identifying (1) which parts of our site are most heavily used, and (2) which portion of our audience comes from within the UNN network. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that user sessions will be tracked, but the users will remain anonymous. Device Information Collected By Us
We may collect non-personal information about the computer, mobile device or other device you use to access http://elearning.unn.edu.ng, such as IP address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language or other information of this nature. We use this information in an aggregate fashion to track access to http://elearning.unn.edu.ng. At no time do we disclose site usage by individual IP addresses. Web server logs are retained on a temporary basis and then deleted from our systems.

User Generated Content (Including Comments and Profiles) We offer opportunities for you to engage inhttp://elearning.unn.edu.ngincluding blogging, discussions, submitting comments and replies on selected news stories. Any information you disclose in your submission of comments, including name, email, website, and the comment itself is property of University of Nigeria Nsukka and visible on internal servers. Additionally, information regarding name and comments shall be public on the website once a comment or reply is approved for submission on the website. Comments are up to the discretion and approval of University of Nigeria Nsukka moderators. If you choose to use http://elearning.unn.edu.ng (the "Site"), University of Nigeria Nsukka mobile sites and applications, any of the features of these sites, including but not limited to RSS, API, software and other downloads (collectively, "the Services"), you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service between you and University of Nigeria (“UNN” “us" or "we"). You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Services (i.e., user-generated comments (each, a "Submission") may be edited, removed, modified, published, and displayed on UNN website and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you. Submissions made to the Services may also be included in our RSS feeds, APIs and made available for republishing through other formats. UNN reserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that it deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable. Children (under age 17)
All persons’ age 17 or under must ask for and receive their parents' or guardian's permission before sending any information about themselves to us or to anyone online or over the Internet. Parents or guardians of persons under age 17 must send us an email indicating their approval of the child's participation in any of the services/resources that require collection of personal information on our websites.
