About this Course


Beverage is also known as drink which is a liquid intended for human consumption. Drinks play important roles in human culture in addition to their basic function of satisfying human thirst. Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food typically eaten as a snack or dessert. Custard is usually made with a combination of milk or cream, egg yolks, fine sugar, flour or some other starch, and usually a flavoring such as vanilla, chocolate, or lemon.

In this course, you will learn how to make ice creams such as banana ice cream, vanilla ice cream, as well as the simple / plain ice cream; you will also learn how to make your own beverage using cocoa powder. Making custard is also explained in this course.

This course is presented to you as a video. The video features an instructor that will guide you, step-by-step, in learning how you can prepared ice creams, beverages and custard.
